Symposium 2016
The first Urban Green Infrastructure Symposium brought together 32 attendees from 8 departments across 4 faculties at the University of Sheffield, plus one international visitor, on the 8th of December 2016. The event was an interdisciplinary success.
With 15 oral presentations and 6 poster presentations, the afternoon's agenda can be found here. Look at the breadth of topics!
Thank you very much to those of you who attended the UGI symposium. It was a pleasure to meet you and hopefully we can all get to know each other better in the future.
The feedback we’ve received has been incredible - especially regarding the discussions and ideas exchanged, the relaxed atmosphere and the variety of research approaches. So thank you all for creating the stimulating environment for this to happen.
Thank you to Think Ahead for funding our first symposium and, through this, for enabling this group to form.
